Overview
The goal was to replace the old logo and create a simple yet striking logo supporting the message of speed, exploration, and optimism. We wanted something that hinted at space exploration (si-fi) and tech without being over the top.

Rational
The original logo is unique and striking. It stands out from the typical cyber security logo. It’s fun, retro, bright, and an art piece on its own. Because it steals the show, it isn’t easy to incorporate it into other designs and use additional colors. It is hard to read the name when the logo is small because of the large design around the name. A brand update was needed that is striking, simple, and supports the theme of optimism and exploration.

Details – Icon
The “Neto Bolt” is meant to be bold, simple, and abstract. It could be seen as a lightning bolt, an infinity loop, a ship blasting off, the letter N, or something else. The angled line cutting through up and to the right is designed to create a dynamic yet simple icon giving it a sense of positive progression.
Details – Wordmark
The angle from the icon has been used throughout the wordmark to add continuity and visual interest when reading from left to right. The crossbar was removed from the letter A to lean into the futuristic theme and create a sense of upward optimism.
